Designing Dashboards
Administrators design and configure user Dashboards directly within EAM Web. Each user has his or her own Dashboard that can display individual (custom) tabs, as well as shared tabs.
The following is an example of a user dashboard and its components:
Select Admin Portal in the Lucity widget toolbar.
This tool requires the Admin > Lucity App Admin > Run permission.
- In the navigation panel on the left, select Dashboard Management > User Dashboards. A list of users appears in the main panel.

Select a user who does not already have a dashboard assigned to them, as indicated by an empty check box in the dashboard column to the left of the User Name.
Important: A new user will not appear in the list until they have logged into Lucity Web at least once.

Select Create. A blank dashboard opens in a tab that identifies the user, similar to the following:
- Select Enter Design Mode .
- Add Tabs, Frames and Plug-ins as desired.
Select Admin Portal in the Lucity widget toolbar.

- In the navigation panel on the left, select Dashboard Management > User Dashboards. A list of users appears in the main panel.
- Select a user who has a dashboard assigned, indicated by a check in the dashboard column to the left of the User Name.

Select Open, located at the bottom of the list. A tab that identifies the user and displays the user's dashboard appears, similar to the following:
- Select Enter Design Mode .
- Modify the user's Dashboard as desired.
